Amazon Account Suspension Appeal Service
A deactivated account or a suspended best-seller stops your income overnight. We find the real reason Amazon acted, fix it, and write a Plan of Action that shows Amazon exactly what went wrong, what you changed and how it will not happen again. You review and approve every word before it is sent.
- Seller account deactivations and suspensions
- Suspended or removed ASINs and listing policy violations
- IP, trademark and authenticity complaints
- Related account and verification issues
- ASIN appeals from $199, account appeals from $399
When to use our appeal service
Act quickly, but do not rush an appeal. A weak first appeal makes the second one harder. Contact us if any of these has happened:
Your account has been deactivated
Seller Central shows a deactivation notice, your listings are inactive and funds are on hold. You need a full Plan of Action and supporting documents.
A product has been removed
An ASIN has been suppressed for a safety, pesticide claim, restricted product, condition or authenticity complaint, and Amazon wants an appeal or documents.
You received an IP complaint
A rights owner has reported a trademark, copyright or patent issue. You need to respond correctly or get a retraction before it harms your account health.
What every appeal includes
Each case is handled by our account health team and reviewed by a senior writer before you see it.

How the appeal process works
Amazon’s reply times vary from a day to several weeks. Our part of the work is usually done within two to four working days.
01 · Day 1
Free case review
You send the notice and screenshots. We tell you honestly whether the case looks winnable, what documents you need and the fee.
02 · Days 1–3
Investigate
With access to Seller Central we pull the data behind the notice and find the root cause, not just the symptom Amazon named.
03 · Days 2–4
Write and approve
We write the Plan of Action and document pack. You review it, we answer questions, and nothing is sent without your approval.
04 · Until resolved
Submit and follow up
We submit, monitor replies and respond to Amazon’s follow-up requests until the case is closed.
What Amazon wants to see in a Plan of Action
Amazon’s appeal teams read a very large number of appeals. The ones that succeed are short, specific and honest. They name the root cause of the problem in a sentence or two, list the corrective actions already completed, and describe the preventive steps that will stop it happening again. They do not blame Amazon, buyers or competitors, and they do not paste in generic promises.
A good Plan of Action reads like an operations report: what happened, what we found, what we changed, and how we will check it. We write in that style, use bullet points for each action, and match every claim to a document or process you actually have.
- Root cause: the specific reason, tied to your data
- Corrective actions: what has already been done for affected orders and listings
- Preventive measures: new checks, training, suppliers or tools, with who is responsible
- Supporting documents: invoices, authorisations, test reports where relevant
Common suspension reasons we handle
Each type of case needs a different approach. The list below covers most of what we see.
- Order Defect Rate, late shipment or cancellation rate above Amazon’s targets
- Inauthentic or counterfeit complaints that need supplier invoices
- Used sold as new and condition complaints
- Restricted products and pesticide or medical claims in listing text
- Trademark, copyright and patent complaints from rights owners
- Section 3 suspensions for alleged policy manipulation, such as review abuse
- Seller verification and related account deactivations
What we will not do
We will not submit fake invoices, edited documents or claims you cannot support. Amazon checks documents with suppliers, and a false document can turn a fixable suspension into a permanent ban. We will also not promise a result: Amazon makes the final decision. What we promise is an honest assessment before you pay and an appeal that gives your case its best chance.
Preventing the next suspension
Most suspensions come after warning signs: a slipping metric, a rights owner complaint, a listing flagged for a restricted word. Clients on our Amazon management retainer have the Account Health dashboard checked every working day, so problems are dealt with while they are still warnings.

About the team →Frequently asked questions
How much does an Amazon suspension appeal cost?
ASIN appeals start at $199 per listing and account appeals at $399 per case. Complex cases such as Section 3 start at $699. The fee is fixed after a free review.
How long does reinstatement take?
We usually have the appeal ready within two to four working days of getting access and documents. Amazon’s reply can take from a day to several weeks, and they may ask for more information.
Can you guarantee my account will be reinstated?
No one can. Amazon makes the decision. We give you an honest view of your chances before you pay and write the strongest appeal your facts support.
Should I appeal straight away myself?
Respond quickly, but do not send a rushed, generic appeal. Each rejected appeal makes the next harder. Get the root cause right first.
What documents will I need?
It depends on the case. Authenticity complaints usually need supplier invoices that match the units sold. Safety cases need test reports or certificates. We give you a checklist after the review.
Can you help with an IP complaint?
Yes. We help you check whether the complaint is valid, contact the rights owner for a retraction where appropriate, or remove the listing and write the appeal.
Do you need my Seller Central login?
We ask for user access with account health permissions. If your account is fully deactivated and user access is not possible, we work from screenshots you send and you submit the appeal yourself.
Do you handle appeals for Amazon UK and other marketplaces?
Yes. We work on Amazon US, UK, EU, UAE and Canada cases.
Will you use fake documents to win the appeal?
Never. False documents can lead to permanent account closure. We only use genuine documents you can stand behind.
